I am writing to commend the services provided by Marlon Green, the sales representative who recently managed two real estate transactions for me-both a sale and a purchase.

Marlon was recommended to me by another owner from my former condominium complex at 118 Finch Avenue West. She mentioned she had interviewed 4 real estate brokers and Marlon was the one person who impressed her the most. I must say I wholeheartedly agree with her.

Throughout the whole process of selling my former condo and purchasing a new one, Marlon has given me excellent service and support at every stage of the process. He made it all seem so easy and painless. For the sale of my condo, within a matter of a few days, Marlon had my former condo on the MLS market as a Showcase home I might add-an open house arranged and some perspective purchasers into see my space. You can imagine my surprise when my condo sold in one day for the full asking price. I was speechless but thrilled.

For purchasing a new condo, Marlon listened to my wishes, and focused his search only on those properties that met my very specific criteria. It was his advice that helped me decide on which property to purchase; plus he helped me in deciding what the suggested offer price should be. Suffice it say, the vendor accepted what I offered due to Marlon’s skills as a prudent negotiator. Once again, the process was very easy and quick.

Marlon has many attributes that make him an outstanding real estate agent- at least for me. Marlon is honest, trustworthy, a good listener, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I think what I valued most, however, was his experience and advice. I learned a great deal from him and believe it was through his advice and help I was able to make sound decisions quickly.

I would highly recommend Marlon to friends who might be interested in real estate services, and If I were to sell or purchase again, Marlon would be the first person I would call.

This was my first experience selling a property and I was a little leery of dealing with a broker, but from the moment we met, Marlon put my mind at ease as I saw he was very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly very human. Marlon recently helped us move from our home in Richmond Hill to a Condo in Toronto.
